This is an opportunity for the residents of Lenton to have your say on a proposed Planning Application before it is formally submitted to Nottingham City Council.

 

The plan above is indicative at this stage and has been devised following technical investigations of the Site.

 

The design rationale for the site plan has been heavily influenced to respect the existing properties around the Site, providing open space, and public connectivity to the Lenton Recreation ground and surrounding area.

 

The Application Site is proposed to be redeveloped to provide 73 affordable housing units ranging between 1 and 3 bedrooms comprising shared ownership or social rented housing and public accessible open space.
