The Site

The site has been vacant and inaccessible since the private school closed in July 2011, and has been subject to fly tipping and vandalism.
The Site is bounded by existing residential properties on Cycle Road to the north, and along Faraday Road and Derby Road to the southwest. The Derby Road Health Centre lies to the east of the Site.
